Job Description:

We're looking for a Go-to-Market Senior Manager with 3–6 years of experience to own full-cycle sales. You're a high-EQ operator from consulting, banking, or early-stage startups who builds trust quickly, drives deals to close, and thrives without a playbook. No sales background required.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing accounts end-to-end — advancing deals from first conversation through purchase order, product launch, and repeat business

Building deep relationships with multiple stakeholders at prospective and existing customer accounts

Running discovery, preparing customized pitch materials, coordinating samples, and proactively clearing deal blockers

Contributing insights to help codify our GTM playbook alongside the GTM Strategy & Ops Lead

Representing the company at conferences and customer sites (1–3 trips per quarter)

What We're Looking For

3–6 years in a high-rigor commercial or operating role — consulting, banking, early-stage BD, or founder experience, with client-facing responsibility. This typically looks like:

Archetype 1: MBB or Big 4 consulting, banking, or a high-rigor client services role (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, Goldman Sachs, Evercore)

Archetype 2: Early-stage startup GTM, founding GTM, or founder experience at Series A–C companies with client/partner-facing deal work and strategy exposure

Bachelor's degree from a top university with strong academic performance. A science degree (biology, chemistry, engineering) is a plus

Exceptional communication skills — able to adapt tone and complexity for different audiences, from R&D scientists to C-suite executives

High EQ and strong interpersonal instincts — can influence without authority, build trust quickly, push for information without straining relationships, and operate with low ego

Comfortable using AI tools for research and drafting
